UCF maintains standard insurance to include: Property, General Liability, Automobile Liability, and Workers Compensation and Employer’s Liability through the State Risk Management Trust Fund (for liability and workers compensation) and the Florida Property Insurance Trust Fund (for property), administered by the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Risk Management. A Certificate of Insurance for each policy can be found under the Insurance links to the left. Furthermore, the Auto Liability and Property policies are explained in more detail by clicking on their links.

Due to the limitations of the Property policy, EH&S Risk Management along with the Florida Department of Management Services, offers additional policies to cover items excluded or have limited coverages under the Property policy. Those polices along with their summary of benefits, costs and procedures for departments interested in purchasing one or more can be found by clicking on the links to the left.

Additionally, EH&S Risk Management conducts risk assessments to determine possible gaps in coverage and when applicable purchases coverage through the open market, such as the Travel Accident and Sickness policy.
