Automobile Liability

Policy Period: July 1, 2017 – July 1, 2018

The University insures automobile liability coverage through the State Risk Management Trust Fund, administered by the Florida Department of Financial Services, Division of Risk Management. The Division in conjunction with the Florida Statutes, does require certain items be met before operating a University-owned vehicle or vehicle while on University business. Those requirements can be found under the Risk Management page or by clicking here. The following outlines the coverages, exclusions and specifications of the Automobile Liability policy. Please note that some of the additional coverages have sub-limits and the information provided is only a summary of the benefits; the actual policy will govern. Below is the current Auto Liability Certificate. If you have any questions, please contact EH&S Risk Management.
